Why Mediation?
In almost every workplace at some time or another workplace conflict will arise, it is natural that people with different personalities, values ambitions and the like are bound to encounter situations where at one time or another they will ‘clash’ with a colleague or management. If these conflicts are not promptly and effectively managed they can lead to expensive damaging consequences not just for the individual but the company as well:
