Mediation-UK provides a confidential Impartial dispute resolution medium.  It is a relatively inexpensive method for dispute resolution without recourse to expensive litigation in the courts or Employment Tribunals. 

 

 

 

 

 

I am an Independent mediator trading as Mediation-UK.  I'm based in the South East covering predominantly the South and Midlands.  I specialise in workplace mediation dealing confidentially with conflict or disputes in the workplace, be them disputes between peers or management. 

 

I am ACAS trained and OCR accredited and have many years experience in Employer/Employee relations having worked closely with unions and staff associations.  As well as having been a senior manager in a large public sector organisation I have lead a Staff Association for a number of years.

 

Additionally I have an up-to-date understanding of relevant and new legislation and am trained to assist individuals and companies in finding solutions and thus avoid expensive legal costs.

  

I am available to discuss your needs without commitment from yourselves and am willing to have an initial discussion with the parties involved around what is involved.

 

unfortunately at present I am not able to offer Mediation training. However, I do offer talks to managers, HR Professionals and Networking meetings on the principles of early intervention in conflict or dispute situations, benefits of Mediation and working closely with Unions.
