I am an Independent mediator trading as Mediation-UK. I am based in the South East covering the South and Midlands. I specialise in workplace mediation resolving internal conflicts/disputes between staff or staff and management.
I am ACAS trained and OCR accredited with many years experience in Employer/Employee relations having worked closely with unions and staff associations as well as being a senior manager in a large public service.
Additionally I have an up-to-date understanding of relevant and new legislation and am trained to assist individuals and companies in finding solutions and thus avoid expensive legal costs.
I am available to discuss your needs without commitment from yourselves and am able to offer very competitive rates.
I do not offer mediation training, however I do offer talks to managers and HR Professionals alike on the principles and benefits of Mediation and working closely with Unions.
